Those iphone 8 duos are very unecessary. Iphone X is good enough. I hope iphone 9 wont be same again as the iphone 8 duos. Will we ever see iphone X2? Or do we need to wait iphone 20th anniversary for that to happen?

I am a Sony Xperia fan, and the iPhone X is the first Apple phone I would buy if I was asked to. Apple has done a good job and they must be commended, even if you are a non-Apple mobile phone owner.

Better buy iPhone x..cause iPhone 8 design same as 6,7 gen

Did apple intentionally design the iPhone 8 less attractive (ie, minor incremental features updates, same design as iPhone 7) to ensure super premium priced iPhone x more attractive, not too dissimilar what they did to iPhone 5c.

Nevertheless, iPhone 8 and iPhone x will be best sellers

Imagine you have iPhone 7 as per you say ,now imaging that same iOS experience now on AMOLED panel? Man i am down for testing infinity blade on iPhone X

Okay, blah, blah, yet another phone with a dual camera gimmick.

What size sensors are they using? Still 1/3. Because HTC, Samsung, Google, have been using much larger 1/2.3 sensors for several years now. Nokia first use them in the N series smartphones a decade ago. Why does Apple get a pass for so long on using such obviously inferior hardware? And the downside is obvious in any serious photo comparisons.

No need to be a hater! The design, innovation (or lack of it) and price did fail enough to not need to bash Apple for their last joke!

Pardon my foolish question but is there really no fingerprint reader button on these phones? All have to use FaceID?

All the other software bits sure. but Apple used to be revolutionary once when Steve Jobs was alive. When he passed on so did all the new ideas unfortunately. this is coming from an Apple iphone7 and a Galaxy S8 user, and let me tell you even now after the launch of the iphone x the galaxy seems ahead.

Many people don't care who started what. As long as the device has the features they like and its from a reputable (or popular) brand (Apple), they will buy it; so I agree with you that it will sell and probably boost Apple's already stellar profitability.

Swipe up to go to home screen, Blackberry had that 5 years ago. Little to no bezels Samsung was there just under 2 years ago and not to mention Chinese cell phone companies were there as well, not to mention that the screen and most of the components are not made by apple. So I am a bit dumbfounded as to what is really new."
