Got a question, what was you expecting from this launch? It was for sure going to catch up with the Samsung tech as they are the biggest rivals to them.

Well. At least that's better looking than the camera hump of the X.
But yeah, the Pixel 2 looks promising. With a smaller glass on the back (yea, still has but not so big anymore) and s835 as well as ip67 (68? Cant remember), might be my next phone. If and only if, PH Telcos would have it subsidized. Lmao.

Very cool phone and I will be buying, however this is not "bezelless, not by a long shot. It has substantial bezels, thats just a fact. not even that slim bezels, my S7 edge has slimmer bezels on the sides. however its a very good step in the right direction. Btw MKBHD made me lol with his WOW the Xiaomi mi mix has NO bezels! Again its the same case with iPhone X..

Side bezels are ugly.
Curved screen could have been better , but apple may need three to five years to make proper curved screen.

Display has 19.5:9 ratio (19.488 precisely).
Not sure if it was to compensate the front camera cutout, or apple simply wanted to outperform competitors in wide screen game.

I actually like MIUI but hate Grace UX/TouchWiz. Exterior design can only take you so far. Eventually you will get bored af with it or get annoyed by it like bs curved displays that affects typing on the sides. Coming from an Android guy since 2011.
What interest me about the iPhone X is the gesture swipes reminds me of Palm's webOS, BlackBerry QNX, and Nokia N9's Meego. There is no onscreen home button so when I hit the space bar, it doesn't accidentally close. I'm om Oreo right now on my Pixel and its an incremental upgrade. Going from iOS10 to iOS11 is a much bigger gap. Drag and drop feature on iOS11 is a worthy enough already.
These shallow kids only who judge phones by appearances or prices should stop yapping about the iPhone X's design and dig deeper into the software features that I expect Android OEMs will copy eventually. I haven't used an iPhone as a daily driver for SIX years. The X might be first to use since.
Going to get the 64gb X. I got Google Photos already, so don't care about storage. Thinking of getting it with the white rear glass. Shows that ugly camera hump but also shows way less fingerprints than a black rear. It's dual colored like the white 3Gs and og iPhone but who cares? It's faster than a 2017 MacBook Pro! I don't care what it looks like. That's good enough for me!
