Just_PF, 02 Jun 2011HTC shouldn't be making phones like this, if you want a QWE... morePalm made these types of phones years ago (still do - on that note the plam pre looks an af, the full qwerty keyboard on a handset isnt something blackberry alone cooked up. same way how a touchscreens arent new. BB just suck at making anything different, so try not to just see a vague similarity and go "eww sucky bb copy" especially when the ChaCha's focus is clearly Facebook integration.

I think you will find Phones4u have rated higher in terms of customer service and satisfaction over Carphone in recent years polls plus there there offers are always open to negotation unlike carphone.

Just finished playing with this phone. Lesson of the day "Dont judge a book by its cover". My first thoughts on this phone was it looks ugly in the photos. I know its Vain!. But i open the box and held it in my hand and straight then my opinion change. Great build quality, Feels great in your hand. Typing is so easy because there's alot of space between the keyboards.
The only downside UI looks crammed in that small screen.
If your look for a smartphone with a solid qwery keyboard do NOT look pass this phone. Highly Recommended!

HTC shouldn't be making phones like this, if you want a QWERTY phone get a BB. The Galaxy s 2 kills any phone never mind this poor attempt to copy BB

Just a shame that phones4U can't tell the truth and no one believes them. I think everyone should wait till Carphone warehouse sell it and if they don't, then don't buy it.
