I am really excited about trying this phone and can't wait for gsmarena full review. I hate touch screen phones, they are just not for me! But unfortunately all good smartphones are usually touchscreens and i thought that this is just a thing I will have to deal with in the future. But I was wrong! Looks like qwerty messengers are still popular and I am really surprised that HTC released one. I tried some qwerty sliders like HTC desire Z and nokia C6, but sliding mechanism is not very reliable and not really comfortable, also I was really disapointed with symbian touch IOS on C6, it is so clunky and full of bugs! I don't use facebook a lot on the phone, mostly at home on a pc, but I am interested in this phone because of it is the only full qwerty bar with android 2.3 on the market. Correct if I am wrong. Second phone I am interested in is Nokia E6, but I am a little bit sceptical about the Symbian Anna update, but it has a better camera and a better battery life, and that is a big plus for me! I really hope that there will be some sort of a test like E6 vs ChaCha on gsmarena, that would help me to decide what device suits me best! Blackberry Bold touch 9900 seems to be a very interesting device with good specs, maybe even better than E6 and ChaCha, but since I am from Estonia and currently live in Denmark, it is not available in any of those countries and I am not a big fan of cracking phones either, so this is not an option for me. Samsung Galaxy Pro B7510 looks as an outsider when compared to the specs of Chacha and E6, but it might be good option as a low-budget alternative. i know motorola has some decent messengers also available but I am not sure if they are available anywhere in Europe at all, and same about Acer beTouch E210. So, I am looking forward about news on E6 and Chacha, and ofchourle full phone reviews!

I'm not the biggest Facebook enthusiast but if this HTC ChaCha (what a weird name!) comes at a low price I guess it will become a sucess. There are a lot of people who does not care about Android phones because: 1) their mid/high price or 2) the major lack of qwerty keyboars (ok, ok, there are plenty of qwertys out there but at an initial huge high cost!)

          Cheers!

its the first in its category 1 piece android phone with full qwerty keyboard i know the screen will be lovelier if it was larger but this is the best fit for the size also the battery life is so good and the operating system version being android 2.3 is magnificent ,this is a blackberry killer, its very super phone for heavy texters and bussiness people also for someone that keeps the phone in his\her pocket all the time and bends down a lot or one who drops the phone a lot this is good for that its 1 piece and will be super for usability like the sonny ericsoon p1 in the past, thank you HTC for making different types of phone for different peoples needs, thank you everyone

This phone may not have the looks but for social networking can be very useful. Considering the fact more than 50% comments posted on FB are now from your mobile phone. I will buy this phone no matter what, this looks better than Samsung Galaxy Pro B7510

HTC can start to do QWERTY messengers much more seriously after this 1 if they're willing to put their mind to it.Heck I reckon they can match and exceed every BB under the sun given the right push. They can't game the Facebook badge forever. It's not as "niche chic" like the Sidekick for example.

What can stop them however are future Android versions' core design decisions to fit the form factor. We'll see...
