I suggest to not change the SYMBIAN flatform. Why won't Nokia upgrade the Symbian World and not come close to a new Flatform. Remember, Uniqueness is the best strategies! :D

Well , Nokia missed the boat completely when it comes to mobile devices. They relied on symbian so heavily that they think that they are still the King of the Mobile phones. They should have learned from their predecessor Motorola !!!

I said all this last year. I am glad I withdrew my job application from Nokia back in 2009. They are going to get dominated completely by others who have taken the competition to the next level.

It's won't be any surprise to the news like that. Nokia run very slowly through the hard and fast competition both hardware and software and still experiment with WP...
At least Nokia is not connecting people anymore and make people stay away from Nokia...
Come on Nokia, prove yourself to be number one phone again.

Nokia ruled only because of its OS Symbian, at that time there was no OS as compared to Symbian. now we have android and iOS, due to this Nokia suffer, if Nokia wants to stay in competition must think about its OS, i was great fan of nokia because of its OS now i am diverted to android sets like Galaxy SII , Samsung, HTC etc.

The design guys at Nokia need to pull up their socks.....and do it fast. The pace at which Asian companies like HTC or Samsung are coming up with affordable, attractive handsets makes Nokia position all the more untenable. If Nokia is unable to cope up with design workload in Finland, then they need to shift the design center to somewhere in Asia where the process will be faster and more efficient.

We will know it when nokia first WP7 comes. Why do you all bother about which company is the top? Nokia will succeed or eventually fail doesn't affect us. We just have to be rational and choose the product that we think suit us the most, that's all.

After N97 fail. Nokia should've put Android in Nokia N8 and E7.

Nokia deserves this and can blame it all to Apple and Google :) Yes, just blame them coz they are doing an awesome job. They don't want to swallow their pride and join the bandwagon so there, good luck Nokia with the WP7!

i think Nokia just set a practical example of, "whatever goes up, must come down." lol
i gave up on Nokia after my N95 (8gb), i'm a fan of good phones, i wouldn't waste money on upgrades like the n97/n900 just to prove my loyalty, my money is hard earned, not to maintain brand loyalty.
anyways, i wouldn't switch back to Nokia in the near future cause i don't like the WP7 OS, so good luck Nokia, the "supposedly" almighty company lol

I'm agree with that, Nokia needs innovate, however is not toolate to take a good road. In this bsiness is innovate or die, simple but true.

Besides!! Why Nokia never make an CDMA Device???

I think the CEO of Nokia needs to be fired and fast too. Anyways, Nokia can still stop the bleeding, just adopt Android fast, Google still has the door open.
