I dont care about GHz processors that will make your battery doesnt last a day. But I do care when phone with 5 years old processor(Its cheap processor- doesnt cost much) cost you the same as phone with new powerfull high priced proccessors. That doesnt make sense. If the parts of the product cost less the whole product should cost less. They dont care even when there is alredy big tight competition between phone manufacturers. I just think that nokia has worst possible marketing employees. They proved it in the last 5 years.

[deleted post]Dead On Arrival - Overpriced, dated phone... and a phone with an antiquated operating system. Make up your mind, Nokia - from Symbian to Mameo, Symbian3, MeeGo, Symbian Anna or Windows 7?? Pick an operating system, a modern one, and stick with it.

Random, 13 Jun 2011You're right. The E6 is a successor to the Nokia E72 and sh... moremost people don't need a processor that fast. Besides if they bump the speed up it would just ruin the battery life and then people will say it's a waste of hardware because symbian is behind IOS or android. Everything fits perfectly except for the price tag.

AnonD-3575, 13 Jun 2011quality over quantitySo pathetic why Nokia fanboys constantly lie and believe their lie?
What prove do you have that Nokia make quality phones? They always lag and crack with heat i live in Kuwait the degree goes to 50 C and i see Nokia phones in workshop for repair screen and response constantly I think you know exactly what i'm talking about since you own Nokia
Nokia use cheap hardware and cover them with metals and sell them overpriced to cheat people with appearance and people always think expensive = quality but this equation fails with Nokia products
          Samsung make quality phones

AnonD-8044, 13 Jun 2011No your wrong the E6 is successor to E5 where have you been... moreIn that case, the Blackberry Touch 9900 would be a better option as it has push-email and a larger 2.8" screen. And it also has NFC.

The point is that Nokia could have done so much more but the best they have to offer is tech from at least a year ago.

Seeing as they had one of the biggest (if not the biggest) budgets for R&D over the past couple of years, surely they could have come up with this stuff sooner?

Now if I remember correctly, don't Nokia fanboys usually brag how Nokia phones are so much cheaper than other brands?

There are millions of people who hate full touchscreens.Anyhow with class leading battery and superb build quality it will sell well.

regarding the price, most newly released phones are usually priced higher. wait until the price stabilizes

the x7 may be behind the times but the market for the e6 is still big. not everyone wants a touchscreen phone. i like it. but sadly it doesn't have xenon flash

They're way too late with this one.

While the market is buzzing with the latest dual core 1.2ghz CPUs, Nokia hasn't even cracked into 1Ghz yet!!!!

How can they justify a £339 price tag for such old technology?

[deleted post]I guess it's down to complacency.

Nokia were number for for many years and just got lazy and stopped trying. Meanwhile companies like Samsung and HTC went into overdrive and flourished.

Nokia were just set in their ways with Symbian, whereas the other manufacturers were open to new ideas and new tech. With HTC you have a choice of a Windows Mobile device, an Android device and a WP7 device.............whereas Nokia is still stuck with an outdated Symbian system. Ok they've finally taken the plunge to WP7, but how long did it take them to swallow their pride and admit defeat? May have been too late for them.....

where's symbian anna for the rest of us. do we really need to wait 1 WHOLE YEAR TO GET THE UPDATE???

                              this is ridiculous.

I recommend you try the Galaxy S.
It has better features, fast interface, and better hardware. And it's even cheaper
