It's the same situation as the North American / Canadian Galaxy Tab E 9.6 (SM-T560NU).

In fact, the AT&T model is neither called Galaxy J3 2016, but Galaxy Express Prime (even though the model number is SM-J320A).
Probably the Galaxy Amp Prime (Cricket Galaxy J3 2016) and SM-J320N (South Korea) can be contemplated, too.
