Anonymous, 15 Oct 2017razr poorly built ? the mamba mouse. the mouse pads, the ra... moreReviews about Razer are like the Apple ones because of the same reason, the brand itself.

Razer stuff is poorly made, I like their stuff but most gamers I know complain about their quality because for the price it's acceptable at its best.

Not to mention their software that requires an account which anno 2017 is ridiculus.

Razer is quality in looks, not in build and comparing it to the quality of Apple is disrespectfull tot Apple.

This will be a flop i can see it already, the mobile phone sector is so saturated right now. "Gaming phones' are and will never be a thing.

Zenodroid, 15 Oct 2017If you can fit a 6"+ phone in your pocket, yes. Hahah, you're funny. :D These are far from being "baggy" as the size and design-style both suggest, but keep it up. You are capable of making me laugh just like that with that nonsense, not too many people can do this to be honest.

I used to enjoy gaming on phones, because it's portable. I can take it anywhere in my pocket which isn't the case with bigger gaming machines like laptops and consoles. The main problem with gaming on smartphones, is heating issues and battery life which is why I no longer play games on my phones like I used to in a hardcore way. Phones are good for casual games. Another issue is that, games these days are pretty repetitive and boring on smartphone opreating systems like Android & iOS but there are also some pretty cool enjoyable games. If Razer can truly make a portable Android gaming phone by overcoming the restrictions (heating issue and battery life), it can do wonders for the company and the fans of portable gaming.

I might give it a look but most likely nothing else. This is only for die hard fans as many are not so happy with their quality or so it seems on the boards here. I do not use Razer products anyway. Until they are proven they can hang with the rest I wont jump. On top of that, they are most likely going to have a very heavy "Razer" version of Android to run all the "razer" services so updates to Oreo, Google P and so on are all pipe dreams. If it releases with Nougat that is all it will ever get.

A 7" tablet might not fit, but a 6" phone is not even that big yet to be an actual problem size-wise. At least my 6" wasn't and current 5.9" fits well in my pockets. Small bezels all around the screen surely are helping to keep the size to a minimum.

And I wouldn't buy a Razer-product. I've watched my friend RMA his DeathAdders like 10 times already, the quality just does not exist. But he likes it the best other than durability-wise, so that's why he keeps getting a new one.

This is so stupid. All these OEMs are coming making Android phones with almost the same specs as others and with little differentiation. The whole smartphone market is completely messed up by this. What benefit do these companies even make by jumping on the smartphone bandwagon?

The biggest disadvantage an "outsider" OEM like Razer has is particularly obvious this year, with that 16:9 full bezel design.
