Razer phone spotted in the wild

A leaked photo claims to show Razer's upcoming phone and it looks quite similar to the Nextbit Robin.

At least 5000 mAh battery with quickcharge also more disk space 64 is just not enough for a gaming phone.

      I also hope the fingerprint scanner is in the logo, that way they can shave the bezels off and have a small device with high Screen-to-Body ratio, and a 16:9 aspect ratio that plays nice in terms of compatibility.

      Also hoping the front has Dual-Facing Stereo Loudspeakers, but less like the tinny sound of the Sony Z5, and more like the boom of the ZTE Axon 7.

      I think the camera's will suck next to the major contenders (Pixel2/Note8/V30/iPhone) but they should at least be passable, something like the OnePlus 5 shooter is acceptable.

      I'm sure Razer will have a built-in Game Streaming feature... as in stream from your High-End Desktop PC to your phone, similar to Nvidia's Shield GameStream feature.

        QHD IS a joke especially for a gaming centred device. I'd rather have +60fps on FHD than 15fps on QHD.
        Dual camera isn't needed on a gaming centered device. Even on other phones dual cameras are a gimick.

          I don't see anything special about this phone. All parts are same as other competitors. I was expecting Razer to use a more game oriented hardware like nVidia Tegra X2 hardware. The usual SD835 & Adreno 540 graphics & 6GB ram don't appeal to me at all, I'll opt for cheaper alternative with same specs, thank you.

            Yeah, hopefully it will be a true all rounded beast (great). But if not entirely, at least let's hope that it will be a true beast (powerhouse), in gaming department. So specs as 6GB (hopefully it will be 8GB as standard) will be a must, and among other gaming oriented specs, hopefully it will have a dual firing stereo speakers, etc. So to be really gaming oriented device/phone/phablet.

              Was really hoping for a tegra x2 but that was a pipe dream. The 7.5 gb ram looks enticing tho
              Also I wouldnt mind a matte back but that said it would probably be a fingerprint magnet

                1. No. the Kryo cores are not THAT large for making hissing noises.
                2. under enough pressure yes it will. but it'll require over quite a LOT of pressure to bend it.
                3. not really. rarely phones get broken at knee height.
                4. the battery size is not known. so I cannot answer that.
                5. again. battery size is not known.
                6. you're kidding right? o.o
                7. WTF?! ofcourse not! 99% of the cases it's bundled in.

                    Hopefully the Razer Logo glows. Even better would be RGB edge lighting for notifications.

                      Back looks metal and specs are same as every other flagship so I think its going to be something about OS how they will tune it anyways mobile gaming is currently not that great and any phone with sd8×× can handle current mobile games

                              Waki, 15 Oct 2017Well if they are going to offer the same quality / price as... moreIdk, the Moto Z Force my son has had for the last year has taken a beating and is running great. Even with jist the stock battery he gets through a full day of moderate to heavy use like a typical 20 year old. His screen is decent and it plays all his games with no hangups or skips.

                              I just thought the Moto Mod battery pack would be a nice plus for serious gaming.

                                  Well if they are going to offer the same quality / price as Motorola, bad. Although for me, seeing what irregular are usually among their products. They will rather be pulling Apple's versions of Android in prices but tacky and tatty in finishes. Then they will add programming to a couple of buttons and will ask for 750 euros. And finally call it and probably be the next Essential Phone !!!
