Take this with a pinch of salt because there is no official source, people. The guys over at BGR claim that they have gotten some details on the specs of the third Nexus phone by Google. And it is almost needless...

GSMArena should research more before publishing articles. OMAP 4460 is a SoC made by TI, not Qualcomm. It's actually the same chip you published a week ago that is incapable of decoding/encoding 1080p video. It's the supposed chip of a galaxy S2 variant you wrote about.
