This is a great device, but it lacks the option of connecting it to a TV and using it as a desktop. Samsung S8+ and Hauwei mate 10 can do this. they need to lower the price for this phone to be more successful...let's say $649.00. Then we are talking. I wanted to buy it, but will waiting for the Mate 10. Again LG shoots them-self in the foot !! if they want to compete, then they have to compete !!

This is stupid why unviel a phone in august to release in december, it should be released by first week of october and btw when december arrives it will retail for about 750 at most so why pre order now

Such a slow roll out for this phone.
And the price, well....
At least LG phones tumble in price pretty fast on the grey market. If it drops enough in the new year might give it a look.

I think you are all missing something. I saw tons of people saying that V20s $750-+ were okay but 800-830$ V30s is not okay. I dont know if any of you have realized, but 750$ from year ago equals to the 830$ right now. In October 2016. dollar was 10% stronger then now. For example, in my country last year around october 1$=112RSD, today, 1$ equals 101RSD and so the V20s 750$ equaled to 84.000RSD and V30s 830$ equals to 83.830RSD, which means cheaper. Take in account that $ has lost 10% of its value in 1 year.

Note7 owner, 25 Oct 2017TBH these smartphone prices are getting silly!! How's the note7 (fe) so far? I had one myself but had to give it back when samsung recalled it. It was great while it lasted.

They started small bezel trend
they started dual cameras
fingerprint reader on the back.. they were good until LG G3.
Now no one is buying Lg Phones :(

Lost interest after this announcement s8 plus here i come sad to. Bought cases and screen protectors what a waste, display issues aside the phone is nice lg v40 lg v50 waiting game now.
