AnonD-392500, 26 Oct 2017It is a surprise to see blackberry still don't bankrupt.Well, they have a corner to the market all to themselves.
The Keyone has been quite successful, I don't see Blackberry going downhill any time soon.

AdamBoy64, 26 Oct 2017This is great news. Would love to have seen it come to a ca... moreIn the UK a recent reality TV show had a unit within a Police force it members all using the KeyOne phone,

This is clearly a procurement decision, so a business 'bulk' purchase and not a individual purchase.

I have no idea what phone models were used by this unit before the program aired, also I see beat cops with all variety of phones, I just assume that only certain models would be on the approved list so somehow an officer claims back any calls used for police business

The KeyOne is an elongated handset due to the keyboard, but having used the Z10 (no keyboard) tying on the Z10 is easily the best handset I have used, so personally given what Blackberry has done using touch screen, keyboard phones may be a thing of the past

So. 0.1% buy BB phone (QWERTY & touchscreen)

This is great news. Would love to have seen it come to a carrier, but I guess I'll just have to find a way to cough up $899 for it.

Anonymous, 26 Oct 2017I don't think anyone want QWERTY phone anymore. There are still plenty of people who prefer a physical keyboard. If i'd need a secondary phone a bb would be a great choice.

Anonymous, 26 Oct 2017I don't think anyone want QWERTY phone anymore. It's aimed at the enterprise users, not the daily average consumer. They appreciate the physical keyboard and the long lasting battery.
