AnonD-10946, 18 Jun 2011Rightttt, says the kid who believes Nokia's only hope is WP... moreNo doubt you are a funny guy :D

Nope I still get the Droid X by CDMA, however I was trying to get my own HTC Surround I see it in eBay for 200 dlls, BUT I will wait better for WP7.5 devices, I'm not in hurry, and I still use my friend HTC Surround anytime I want :D

I don't know what are you talking about but is nice looking for some one that believes there's no people with money around :D I meet people that change phones 2 times a month and they sold it for less than a half. But they don't care. And me neither! Here you can change a phone afer 3 months of payment in any Plan, so, you can get a new phone anytime you want, just paying the difference. ANd that's not problem for me, my work payme enough to get any phone I want at any time I choose.

But sure you already know that, since you are from US? right?

AnonD-10946, 18 Jun 2011Rightttt, says the kid who believes Nokia's only hope is WP... moreIMHO it's not a SIM card slot, it's a R-UIM card slot.
it's very popular feature in Asia (especially in China, Indonesia, and India).
you can read more about R-UIM here : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/R-UIM

btw, it's glad to know that there are more and more phone that have this R-UIM card slot.
coz, it's hard to find a good phone with R-UIM card since Nokia stopped making CDMA phone few years ago...

AnonD-4697, 18 Jun 2011Well now I'm happy a new CDMA device to play!! Let's go to ... moreRightttt, says the kid who believes Nokia's only hope is WP7 yet there are plenty of WP7 devices out and still chooses an android? So you own an X10, Samsung Galaxy S, and you've had an HTC surround to "test" with. You've found the HTC surround far more better, and you still chose to own a Droid X2; then when I asked how come you didn't buy the HTC trophy you referred to a link to an ebay bad esn sprint device? So why are you not buying a WP7 device again? You said you were absolutely blown away by it, yet you're still using a Droid X2? Droid X2 is $500 USD, the X10 still has value and certainly the Galaxy S as well. Why not sell all three devices and you can end up with a Trophy + a N8 and still have cash left over? You said you were in the store testing those devices? Last time I checked You posted that you had all three "infront of you" and this was at 2 AM Pacific time. What cell phone stores are opened till 2 AM? What cell phone stores have a Galaxy S rooted and running custom roms in it?

Anywho, I find it weird that this device supports CDMA yet in the FCC filing we clearly see a Sim slot under the microSD slot. Does that mean this device will sport LTE? I like the size of it, definitely.

3D is over-rated. You'll have a shakey video with 3D and if you want to share it with friends they'd need 3D glasses. Seem's worthless to me.

I really hope that color in the pic is the one they go with. It's a nice change from all of the boring black phones out there.

To be honest, the phone + the UI are ugly.

Really nice design, wish some of these had buttons for gaming however, not "xperia play-esque" but maybe some shoulder buttons, you know? I still appreciate the creativity in this design!
