this is great if SE will release it this year. But knowing SE, this will be released when cars are flying already. They haven't even released the new Xperia Mini and the Xperia Mini Pro.

The main difference between SE and other droid manufactures is that SE does a lot more finishing and testing before releasing a phone. Not being first is not that bad because you have more time to plan and learn from others mistakes. There are not that many dualcore applications out there anyway... yet. I really wish to se SE feeling comfortable on the android market and release a flagship which is a generation ahead of anyone else. Remember the P series at their time and what the X1 was at it's release... Hope will keep a separate line for extreme design (xperia pureness, Arc) and go for power with another (Xperia DUO)... Go SE!

This might be my X10i successor not the Arc. Hopefully, it has front-facing camera, 1.2 or 1.4 Mghz dual-core CPU, 1GB of RAM, 8 or 12MP camera, 1080p plus the standard for the latest Xperia line up having Exmor-R, Bravia Engine, etc. Even better if it has 4.5" screen. SE should launch this (Xperia Duo) during last quarter of this year or before Christmas. But if SE intends to officially launch during WMC on February 2012, again this isalready outdated at that time against its competitors.

hi i dont care if sg2 or xperia duo sells more but what matters to me is finally sony ericsson fighting/challenging the likes of htc, samsung, motorola lg and all the loyal sony fans will be more than happy. last year it seemed sony ericsson accepted defeat by the hands of htc, samsung, motorola and lg but now i feel they are getting back at what they do best and that is make solid smartphones and all the loyal fans will be in line to buy it.
