Android Oreo on 1GB RAM? My wife had a phone with a HD screen, 1GB RAM, and Android Marshmallow, and using it was just wait, wait, wait... Unless newer Android versions are getting slimmer which i highly doubt...

I've had the Jolla C (Sailfish OS) packing the same Snapdragon 212 SoC. Running basic Android apps like WhatsApp was fine and smooth for most part, with minor hiccups here and there, although the OS was really very smooth. SD 212 is the lowest of the lowest SoC Snapdragon has to offer currently. Nokia 2 will definitely lag when it comes to running even basic applications but it can be a good secondary phone from a brand that's known for quality. I'm excited to see GSArena's battery endurance test of the Nokia 2, with that low end SoC, I'm expecting the battery backup to be sort of impressive.

I think this phone is not suitable for market, because in this price other phone having good features & 2GB RAM, 16GB internal etc.

Haha at this price I can get a redmi 5a with 1gb extra ram ,sd 430 ,garbage build quality , shifty after sales service , android marshmallow which will stay at it forever and a zero brand value.
I know that Nokia 2 is priced way high but you should not just see the specs but also consider build quality, stock android with regular updates and will be also updates to android p whenever it comes out and a brand name to which people cannot questions makes this phone worth the money .I expect it should be priced rd 6000-6500 should be resonable

I personally find beautiful phone In budget. Redmi feature wise good but looks cheap. I want something like this that make me stand out from Crowd.

OMFG this is the most expensive budget phone ever sold... for $20 more i can get a Redmi Note 4 which is 20x better than this phone... what an epic fail by Nokia... who gives a $h!t about great build quality when ur internals have the worst specs coming straight out of 2015 (even by 2015 standards this is appalling). 1GB of RAM? r u kidding me? i wouldn't even want this phone even if it was free. what a piece of bull crap. Nokia u should have stopped at number 3. Stop being greedy.

There are many better options for the same price, much better. At this low level of performance, updating the system to the next version can be even harmful as it is not optimized for terminals of such low range. Who buy this phone by the Nokia brand is going to be a huge disappointment as he opens four tabs in Chrome.

Redmi 4A with 2GB/32GB SD425 with the same price is a better option
