I personally use the A5 2017 and to be honest I did not notice a huge difference with the Nougat update, so the 2018 model launching with nougat might not be that big of a deal

Next year, Sony would release the XA2 series with Oreo out of the box.
Come on, it doesn't have to take you that long to remove all the G*ddamn cr*pwares in your software. Sure, customize it in looks, but no need to be overly killed with features that I doubt every user would actually ever need.
And most of your features can just be had with simple tweakings like Rooting and Installing a Custom ROM, heck even downloading them in the Play Store or an apk on the internet.

2+6 configuration can be done by dynamiq Qualcomm new technology rather than big.little which only support 4+4 and 2+4 configurations so we can conclude that the chipset cores is a75 and a55 which supported by dynamiq not a73 and a53 as mentioned in the report
