The phone looks very nice. I'm wondering why not all Nokia phones are run on this. Symbian sucked.

However, at the price it's selling for, I don't think I'll move away from my current phone. It's attractive, but nothing new. Other than the fact that maybe, finally, Nokia has a proper touch screen phone on par with the Androids out there?

I'd like to read about the full spec of this phone before i pass any concrete judgement. The fact that it supports HTML5 is not just good enough. Nokia, i have always loved you and will always love you. I dont care if you are not among those jumping into the Android band wagon, but how come this beauty aint got Adobe Flash?

I like how they used to think of a new platform, a fresh ui. but what i hate here is being a smartphone, its likely to be use as a PHONE and they advertise like its not a phone. what i'm pointing is they should cover more on telephony other than etc etc.

I love its minimal design. And the specs of course. There's already a live video from dailymobile.se go check it out.

Never liked nor disliked nokia but do think symbian is diabolical......this however looks like it could be fantastic. Just hope nokia has fired there build quality guy from the N8 and E7 not to mention the guy that decides to put rubbish CPU's in there handsets.

I use Wisepilot for navigation but I also like Google Maps!
Elop was an undercover-agent for Microsoft with the hidden true mission to fool Nokia to chose WP7, because without Nokia Microsoft would desperatly see WP7 slowly die because no manufacturer chose WP7 as their number 1 os!

AnonD-2461, 21 Jun 2011Micro sim like an iphone..Hmmm!!The only thing you can come up with is Microsim copy? Apple coppied the Camera, the touchscreen, the design etc. All of these things Nokia had used before them (except design, which Apple stole off LG). Not only that, but hundreds of phones had microsim before the iPhone. Don't act like you know what you're talking about fanboy. Apple has been in the phone industry for 4 years, compared to Nokia's 40+.

therock, 21 Jun 2011Based on my research, google (still) wants nokia to be a pa... moreAnd why would google not want Nokia to be an Android licensee? That will contribute to Google's marketshare and thus leads to profit, however that is not the same as Google needing android like the other guy was trying to put on. Google is in a far better position than Nokia is, like I said, if google WANTED Nokia to join Android, they would've agreed with Nokia's terms such as allowing Nokia to replace Google maps with Nokia Maps and google would've given Nokia money like microsoft did.

Like I said, google is always welcoming any mobile phone manufacturer to use android; however they're not willing to let these mobile manufacturer change Android OS completely. Much like the Garmin Nuvi phone that was available quite a while ago, Garmin has a far more robust navigation than google maps; however google wasn't willing to let Garmin completely remove google maps and place in their own maps.
