The Razer Phone is missing water proofing and a fantastic camera (The camera looks like it's good but not great). But it's priced at a very reasonable $699. For the hardware it's packing it's worth it. The 120HZ screen alone is a big selling point as no other mainstream mobile device has it aside from the new Ipad pro.

I believe this will do just fine I am not a gamer I just play games when I want too. but this phone caught my attention well.. I was under the impression of getting the LG V30 but when Razer phone came out and had a look I think it will do just fine out there in the market.. I like the design for others i know it looks boring the square design and all but like what they say there is a reason behind every design of the phone and that design Razers follow is for gaming like. no need to pluck into it too much. it`s just plain simple yet beautiful. sometimes the ugly phone is the best one out there. Cannot wait to have this and hopefully it`s gonna be available here in Canada.

I have a question, many games on android lag for some reason, if you compare for example hearthstone on android and ios its like light and day when loading content and even playing some heavy animation cards, so my question is... for the games not optimized enough for android in general... does the 120hz screen and the new "G sync" thing razer has fixes it ? theres another game like GTA SA, on ios runs very smooth, but since its not fully optimized for android it lags like crazy sometimes.

I really hope 120hz displays are the next big thing in smartphones. Going up in frame rate is so much better than going up in resolution at this point. After using a 144hz monitor for a while, going back to 60 fps looks like you're watching a power point presentation.

Poor result for a phone of this price in 2017. Dynamic range is limited, and the phone sometimes lowers brightness on clipped highlights, which makes it look terrible. 2x zoom camera is very disappointing in quality and is far from the competition.
