Stop reporting about this joke of a site. They're no authority when it comes to cameras. The artificial tests and paid for reviews they do prove that.

I am using both phones (note 8 and iPhone x) the iPhone x video quality is very good
Note 8 photo quality is perfect and lowlights photography is superb

I don't say Dxomark is a lie. But buy any phone you want. Don't buy it just for comparing with other phones.

DxOMark = Pay To Win.
So many YouTube compared those cameras and almost all of those videos proved that Note 8 is way much better than iPhone X. DxOMark is curropted as she!t.

That and the fact that apple steals others innovations, then repackages it with twatty buzz words so that brainwashed idiots part with stupid amounts of money so they can be fashion victims with out dated tech. IPhones users are so blinded by their icon that they would literally buy a dog turd if it had an apple logo on it. The greediest company in the world. People who can actually think for themselves avoid iPhones like the plague. Time cook says the iPhone x is affordable - just like buying a swanky coffee each day. I'm sure most people outside of the US cannot afford to visit Starbucks or where ever everyday and if iPhones were actually affordable then they would have a much higher share of the global market. Affordable to the 2% of people who actually can afford to visit their favourite coffee shop daily. Apple fans will fall for their bs every time and that is why we all laugh and take the urine out of said fan boys who will buy outdated tech at a premium price. Cannot wait for the rest of the world to put a stop to Apple's tax dodging. That is pretty much criminal but I'm sure you Apple fans will come out in force to defend your "iconic" brand.

For just point and shoot photos, I much prefer the Pixel 2. The zoom lens in the iPhone X is nice in optimal conditions and the extra frames per second in video recording is fun, but those are like 0.1% of my use cases so I don't put much value in them.
What's up with the X's front facing camera tho? Pixel selfies seem significantly better. On the other hand the audio recording in the pixel is mediocre at best. The compromises at this price point break my heart.
