As usualy the speed increase from previous version will be bare minimum and this makes the phone cost 33%+ more.

But a game is a good indicator as it will show considerable lag on note 8. The average user doesn't care about the tech behind it or what is doing what. They just want to have a quick experience.

There's many videos like this that I can find that seem to all show iphone 8 being quicker.

Kiyasariin, 10 Nov 2017such as? I'm always eager to learnYou can't base the graphics power on gflops alone. That's fairly standard right there.
And the s1, s2, note2, note4, and s6 had better graphics with their exynos chips for varying degrees and reasons.
And even now in the s8/note8 the exynos has gpu advantages.
And it was only exynos chips like in s4 and s5 where Qualcomm had a big gpu advantage. The differences now are not much at all.
As well as the exynos ones have just about always had superior audio and power efficiency and almost always better cpu

[deleted post]If you say that those iphone benchmarks are fake. Then why don't you provide a proof?
And BTW, can you even proof that those benchmark test are fake? I dare you carry these words on the court. File a complaint against these users who fake the benchmark test! And let's see who has the last laugh!

I just hope for more powerful slow motion video modes in the S9. That's it.
Its been a lot of generations since they carried the same 4K30, 1080p60 and some other low resolution framerate.... Time to up the game now!

sure. Exynos prodives extraordinary CPU prowess. but fairly measly GPU power. while it's the opposite on Quallcomm. Impressive GPU prowess but "eh" preformance on CPU side.
and to explain what I mean here are some facts about the CPU and GPUs of the current top dogs. the 835, and the 8895.
QSD 835: Single core: 1904 with mutli core: 6151. Adreno 540: 567 GFlops.
SA.EX 8895: Single core: 1980, with multi 6650, BUT, TWENTY cores of G71 achieve merely 371 GFlops.
to sum it up:
Qualcomm: Beasty GPUs, but avarage CPUs.
Exynos: Beasty CPUs, but avarage GPUs.
and that's when talking android world.

iPhone may have 2x CPU performance & it's cupid with really good Samsung NAND but when it comes to re launching apps (hot swap) it will be at least 2x slower than any Android with at least 3GB of RAM (4GB for Samsung & MiUI). Is this crucial? No. Is it of large importance? No. But remember all subs (CPU, GPU, DSP...) are only as good as you are able to feed them. iOS is rather really bad at this. Android is on opposite side but not thanks to Google but Linux memory management.
