Xiaomi should update the old device first because this user are the earliest who give their support and money to Xiaomi. The user of old Xiaomi phone also among the first whom promote Xiaomi phone to their friends and relative so to repaid their good deeds Xiaomi suppose give them the earliest update not the last who get update. By giving late update to old phone it seen Xiaomi are not grateful to their old users and supporters.

Redmi 4 is the name in Indian only, change the title.
International name is Redmi 4X, also the global version is 4X why you don't say that is very strange
