Glad to see an increase in screen size. 5.15" is too small for a flagship. Hopefully they will be adding expandable storage and bringing back jack too

SD 845? The phone will have hard time coming out as a lot of the SD 845 is reserved by Samsung for S9/S9+/S9 Mini/Note 9

As expected (all) the rest is at least 2 years behind Apple in passive biometrics. Nobody expected such an early release of such an advanced tech and everybody is in scramble mode...

Anonymous, 22 Nov 2017"...rear-mounted fingerprint sensor," the article jots. How... moreIn part a wish but based in their last high end models, Mix 2, Mi 6, Mi Note 3. All with EIS plus OIS. Although with the example of OnePlus 5/5T... who knows. I hope that Xiaomi takes a better decision than OnePlus and doesn't remove the OIS.
P.S: Ouch, I can't believe I didn't read the fingerprint position.

Andy, 22 Nov 2017And hopefully a bigger screen. 5.15" isn't exactly flagship... moreIt's mentioned in the article that the screen size would be 6.01 inches

Zoser, 22 Nov 2017If that 16 Mpx sensor is from Sony or Samsung ... and it is... more"...rear-mounted fingerprint sensor," the article jots. How did you conclude that there'll be both OIS and EIS for Mi 7? You sounded definitive for that moment or did you personally come up with that wishful spec?

If that 16 Mpx sensor is from Sony or Samsung ... and it isn't a new sensor, It will imply that the size of the pixel will be smaller than the current sensor. Hope their software do a good job in low light. Thankfully, it will come with OIS and EIS. But we will have to see the results.
I'd like to know where they'll fit the fingerprint sensor with that screen size...

Start by bringing back the 3.5 mm headphone jack and try not to cut down the battery capacity, like what was done with the Mi Mix 2. I still can't believe someone approves it's 1000 mAh downgrade.

Xiaomi, give me Screen-To-Body-Ration >80%, Band 20 (most important band for 4G in Europe) and I am sold.

And I hope that now that they are in Europe through Spain, they add the LTE B20 band to the Mi 7!!!
