Inside out tracking hahaha sounds pretty messed up. A better name is spacial tracking and the already available rotational tracking

AnonD-711468, 22 Nov 2017Snapdragon based? They may as well never release that. T... moreI saw no mention of chipset, though Oculus Go and Vive Focus do use Snapdragon (821 and 835 respectively, I think). That said, Samsung has Exynos chips and pretty soon there will be one for the Galaxy S9 with (I assume) a much improved GPU.

Plus, Samsung controls the whole stack - it makes chipsets, RAM, screens in house - so it could custom build parts if necessary.

            Snapdragon based?

They may as well never release that. That company hasn't produced a good mobile SoC for years. If it was not for their modem monopoly they'd be nowhere to be found.
