That monitors you daily activity and battery usage by application you use. Google didn't explain that these kind of features consumes battery.
If you enable it expect a 2% battery consumption increase, it's not the end of the world by google may optain extra data for itself by applying this. Just saying.

My pixel 2 has 0 problems, Updates have Solved problems. That´s why i love Stock Android fast updates and smooth software.
