On the contrary, the sex is a biological/physical NEED for men. It's an unsaid fact. That's why women feel the men's sexual behaviour/desire as harassment.

Lol this is going to get worse, via the allegations. Ew rules will be set in place. Men can only talk to men in work, vice versa, if a man talks to a woman, the man will need to be accompanied by a third party. Segregation. Western society is eating itself up. Let it die.

If I would be interested in some biased opinion I would start reading twitter or watch CNN.
You can try to cover it with pillow but rest of people actually know how this world work, and how men and women use that world for their own needs.
Especially women that weirdly always cry about lack of equality or bad "working environment" in building with AC where they sit for most of time in front of computer.
Well you know, start working in rafinery, car workshop, trash disposal, building site, factory, any work that dont have comfy chair, and you know what? NO ONE THERE CRY ABOUT bad "working environment" or lack of equality, probably because people there actually work... Weirdly only women working in office find their jobs ""hard"", and do media drama if some guy didnt do what they wanted, because as far as there are men who are a--holes for more than half of those situations are made up by women. But again, weirdly we dont see in media such situations, because media dont like putting women as "those bad people"

Women is not our property, they can have as much voice as they want or need. The problem is with courts, there has to be a charge for alleging someone prematurely as having a sexual misconduct.
There *are* predatory men, in the west they are a strong minority, but women *should* be protected against them. But it's getting ridiculous when you start alleging even people in legitimate relationships. Yeah, she was working under him, while its inadvisable to have office romance, it should not be penalized, it's getting ridiculous. And if there was an actual misconduct let the courts decide, until then don't let it destroy a man's career over it. We'd end up in completely sterile societies the way things are going...
Btw women *should* have a voice, especially those abused. But this here is an entirely different ballgame, it is not about guarding against abuse anymore, it is about blackmailing....

Due to the fact he rejected my request I'll cause him to fall". but other girls who DID NOT GO for the jackpot with a boss/ceo/commander/singer/actor/other famous and powerful guys..
there are those girls who were truly harrased by deceit and dirty tricks. it ranges from a simple harrasment like touching inappropiate areas (keeping this post CSFW-Certainly Safe For Work) to a whopping rape. those girls who are truly victims are convinced that THEY ARE the culprit in the situation. and they have to be punished by the act. recovering from such a tumultuous event takes several years to even decades for the girl's tender soul to recover. once she got the guts to go. you guys think she's faking it.
take with a pinch of salt every announcement. but be compassionate if you realise her story is legit.

I love those type of situation.
Women get in to relation with boss, because money of course. Everything is cool and nice, but, you know women have needs. But boss say: nah im not your free credit card.
So what this sad women do? Go for money of course but this time "officially" under the table to save company face, or on the table creating medial drama.
Of course we can expect few more women and their lawyers that weirdly say the same thing, but "it was 5 years ago" or "it was 10 years ago, but I didnt had courage to say something until I saw how that other women managed to squeeze money from that monster!"
Its the same with actors or musicians. Girl is flirting as heII, because HE IS FAMOUS!!!! but when actor is bumped because of that flirt and see that girl want it, he do the next step... and BUM! Next month or next year, girl show up in some media saying that "He forced me to go to his place! I didnt knew what he want! He forced me to drink!"... Because of course no one ever saw drunk girl in party! Its like unicorn!

the harrasment and joy line is extremely thin. and I have to admit as an apostle to all girls. sometimes we girls aren't aware to that line either. and some abuse it as revenge. but for the typical girl. the rule is simple. If we're inviting you by actions. (NOT CLOTHS!) then it's fine. and not harrasment. but if we've told you to stop and you're continuing regardless. then THAT is considered a harrasment.
