they should put the heat pipe on the back, connecting the heat pipe with aluminum back body that can act as heat spreader

No wonder the RAZER phone heats up badly even with such HUGE copper heat pipe.. Look at that a DOLLOP full of thermal paste separating the copper processor plate and the heat pipe.. At this point the heat pipe is useless as thermal paste is supposed to be applied as thinly as possible because it will block the heat if used excessively.. Clearly whoever assembled this phone is a noob.. If I'd buy this I'd crack open the phone and reapply the thermal paste properly

Its very good phone with good meaning, but Im disappointed that screen is good quality good hardware, but bad calibrated colors. So its screen software thing. But its easily can be fixed with software like they did with camera software improving. I think its very good phone.

Sony was the first to use it on the SD 810, and it showed considerable improvement.

There already was a teardown video on youtube of the razer phone done a week ago

Anonymous, 29 Nov 2017Ppl hate on 810, but many phones with 835 still have heat pipes. Because 810 had overheating issues, and 835 doesnt. Heat pipe cooldowns processor way better. 835 does not overthrottle like 810 did
