Whoever wrote this text cle... morePretty sure you are one of those guys who call customer service because their phone went dead and didnt even know you had to plug it to the charger when the battery runs low. The phones listed above, yeah they are not really recognized but I´ve had plenty of Sony devices and they all run really great and hold the charge better than some other brands. I´m not saying that there aren´t models which battery life is bad. But at least from the X and M they are pretty good.

I laughed so hard reading this. Whoever wrote this text clearly dont know what battery life is. Any Sony cant hold up with more than a day, i had few of them from Z and M series, total junks.
Huawei P10 Plus / flagship/ I am using this phone now. Battery can hold up for day and a half with heavy using of social apps and browsing internet. Not the best I had, but at top three for sure.
Huawei Mate 9 /premium/ Before Plus i was using Mate9, with 4000mah battery. Even thou it was bigger than Plus, it couldnt hold up more than P10 Plus. But solid day and hour more less it was good.
Samsung A5(2017) /mid range/ Well this is interesting. With only 3000mah this phone could hold up for whole 2 days on 6.0.1 android. I sold this phone before upgrade to Nougat, but it was a beast. Probably best buy with all specs together combine.
Motorola E3 Power /low budget buy/ I didnt owned this one, but my friend didnt. He is a heavy user and this phone could hold up for 2 even more days. Social apps plus watching movies/tv shows and gaming. I was suprised with this phone.

Huawei P9 Lite on android 6.0 battery lasted more than day and a half.
Samsung J7(2016) mid ranger and best buy price for low budget users with solid battery.

still rocking my motorola droid turbo 2 very good battery but I will upgrade to Galaxy s8 next week 😂😊

I really don't understand how these battery test are done. With my experience from Samsung Galaxy s2 to Note5 unless i switch off GPS and LTE data and put the phone to power saving mode my phone battery would drain too fast. Now I've switched to iPhone 7 plus i have no problems with battery. I never switched of GPS and LTE data. Battery life is much better that any Samsung phone i've used in the past. If I compare Note 5 with 3000mAh vs iPhone 7 plus with 2900mAh, the Note 5 is no match for battery life in iPhone 7 plus.
Note- This is nothing against any brand, just my personal experience.

Note8 only has mediocre battery life with the display res at 2960x1440p. I can easily go a day in power saving, or even longer if I can live off of YouTube or downloaded videos.
