Omg, who votes for pixel density definitely does not understand screen technologies or are VR lover. Pixel density is irrelevant since 2012, when phone reached 720p, beyond that you will not see difference in picture quality. What is matters now is contrast, efficiency and brightness with HDR support. Personally prefer punchlines of colors too(sick of LCD display with dull colors) To fulfil this criteria you need definitely an OLED. So if you have OLED, you no need to worry, you have the great display, obviously best would be to have amoled from Samsung, knowing LG poleds has premature burn in issues

There's ... moreThere's a lot trees in our park so sunlight legibility isn't really a problem, im talking about direct sunlight besides its too hot in this tropical country so I don't want to spend lot of time outside when the sun shines a lot unless its swimming time or beach but if that is the case I don't bring my phone :)

There's plenty of places where there are lot's of sunlight and very little shade (and that's a good thing).
I mean have you ever been to the park or a sporting track? There's lot's of grass fields with very little trees. And using your hands as a shade doesn't help, because the ambient light is very bright, drowning out the light from your phone to your semi-blinded eyes.

Pixel Density is IMO only to a certain degree. I think 1080p is the sweet spot. 1440p is nice, but it's honestly not so necessary. And even so, I would say 1080p is more for the extra screen space, not necessarily for the pixel density.

But, since their displays are already capable of it, why not add in a mode where the colors are as accurate as it can get instead of vivid. Their monitors can do it.
I like color accurate displays because I'm a bit of an hobby photographer. I don't have my PC everywhere I go, I have my phone. So obviously, I do most of my basic editing (color correction, etc) on the phone before posting it on Instagram/500px. Here, the over saturated nature of Samsung panels are quite irritating. When, I'm editing something on it, the saturation that looks fine to me, will quite surely look under saturated to people viewing it with non-Samsung devices. And, I've actually had people point that out to me on most of the occasions when I used an Samsung phone to edit the picture (5-6 times) (I ensured that the phones were in basic color mode).
I wouldn't complain if their hardware was incapable of it. Their hardware is very capable. Apple proved it. They took a Samsung panel and turned it into the most color accurate and yet nice to look at panel on any mobile ever. It even looks better than many laptop displays. It's pure laziness on Samsung's part. It's like how Sony puts in some of the most fantastic camera sensors in their phones and yet produces average results due to the bad software.

I actually prefer my screen to have more punchier colour than an accurate one. It looks more lively, vivid and makes the colours pop. I actually showed my customers and potential buyers some pictures on an iPhone 6s Plus, and the Galaxy S7 edge and let them pick which display do they prefer (since we put the two devices side-by-side) . And guess what? The majority of them prefer the S7E display and considered it better even though the S7E doesnt have the most colour accurate display on a smartphone. Their comment? "Because the colours on the iPhone's display looks dull. The Galaxy's looks nicer". Like one commenter said, what do you do on your phone that you MUST have an accurate colour on your phone's display?
And honestly, picking a phone just because it have a more punchier/accurate colours are just nitpicking. Even midrange phone's display are good enough these days.

Some apps use it, but people dont know it. For most of time its used in options/settings menus where by holding icons/selection you get popup with detailed info about what that settings is doing.

Its funny that people in comment section always cry about poor battery on devices, but they dont really care about power efficiency of screen, that guess what? is in TOP3 things that take most of power on your device.
Power efficiency should be in the first place OF ANY DEVICE THAT USE BATTERY.
Why would you care more about perfect color reproduction on phone? Most of you do what on phone? use social apps, use camera, play games and browse internet, in that order.
If anyone really need perfect color reproduction would use PC anyway, because on PC you actually can work with images/videos. And even if you work with media on phone, perfect colors are not that important anyway.
To be honest, after power efficiency, you should be worried about not sunlight visibility, but about how low brightness can be and how it protect your eyes in dim environment(eg, automatic red filters at night). Because more than half of people use phone at night, in bed/couch.

I really doubt that most of your readers actually know what a proper color accurate screen is.
Just do this poll: iPhone X vs Note 8 - Which has the better display?
I can guarantee that most of the votes will go in favor of the note 8, which does support a wider range of colors (DCI-P3, same as the X), but the color accuracy is nowhere near as good as that of the X.
Just check Display mate if you don't believe me. Heck, even your own results say the same thing.
