You can now download the Android 8.1 factory image for Pixel and Nexus devices

      Nexus does not mean every Nexus device will get it. It should be late Nexus and not all.
      I have Asus Nexus 7 2013 with android 6.0.1 and I wont get this 8.1 or even that go version for low hardware budge device android. hardware wise I don't see how this cant run new android but things like Nokia 2 or some other 1GB ram with snapdragon 2xx cpu can.

              You are so lucky, i bought mine in uk, but live in Greenland, so don't know if I ever will have the OTA update
