Don't need that update but essential is doing a really god job.
Had money phones but the essential phone is much more premium for an better price.
I like the idea with the notch but it should be possible to stretch the videos fullscreen.

I think someone said it on the internet and so people just copy. They don't think for themselves.
The notch is fine.
You get a bit more screen, and it makes the phone look interesting.

It is the most beautiful & the most premium feeling phone I've ever held. I'd buy it over Pixel 2, but... I wanted faster OS update & a good camera, so went with Pixel 2. I still wish to buy that phone... I hope on the next iteration, they'll retain this amazing design & improve it (eg. OLED screen, stable software & good camera)
