AnonD-722648, 15 Dec 2017Had an upgrade on my s6 this morning. Was it the oreo update?, I have my old s6 sitting in my draw, I've been using custom roms on it previously, if the s6 only has a microsd slot it would have been perfect, il probably sell it once the oreo update drops

Anonymous, 14 Dec 2017How about poor older phones (s7/6/5) or others; j.series c.... moreSamsung predominantly gives major updates to a device on a 2 year lifecycle, so older phones like the s5 won't get it and it was told the s6 wouldn't get it, but I have heard rumours saying otherwise. Some of the newer j and c series may get it it the priority is to get the update out to the flagships such as the s8/s8+ and note 8, after that the the update may be released for the rest of the handsets
