I have Huawei Mate 7 for years now & Love to have the 10, The most Important things about Mate series specially the 10 that I love is:
1- it's body factors and sizes: width to height ratio, screen to body ratio, maximum inches fitable into hands
2- it's huge battery keeps you charged for 2+ days (mostly 3 or 4 days)
3- perfect camera (just compare the taken images with other flagships like galaxy s8, note8, iphone 8, ...)
4- great slick software performance (plus the new AI chip really helps)

Actually really like the design of the phone and ofc thanks for the dual camera. It's been a good attempt by Nokia but Apple made it ok for other brands like Huawei to do it!
