xperias: ugly old android ui, bad camera, bad design, old lcd, overpriced. many china brands also use lcd but at least they offer more features and better uis than xperias. so.. bye bye sony xperia

No performance flagship runs 4GB. See what happened to s8+ in the above video.
"Flagships" run 4GB, actual flagships run 6 or 8GB. Heck I can find $100 phones w 4GB. It is a midrange spec at best.
6GB is just enouh these days and 8GB future proof. 12GB is overkill, but thnakfully none utilizes it yet.

Thats very much like my prediction. Bcz if they decide to make bezelless phone and use 18:9 screen(we know they already have it) they need to touch their launcher and apps bcz they are all set at 1080p, that will be very costy.
The cheaper solution is using 16:9 screen, only trim the bezels. So all they need to do is copy pasting.
