      i'd understand if the requeirements state apple getting some percentage off HTC sales. That would possibly mean HTC did step over rotten apple's intelectual property etc. But to ban phones completely from the US market alone? I reckon mr Jobs recently had a dream where every single american had an iphone in their hands and a massive smile on their faces. He woke up and thought "we could accomplish that!", then opened 2011 mobile phone catalogue and started comparing...

HTC even made the first touchscreen phone 2000, and the went on to make Palms and Ipaqs years before iPhone. HTC is right when they say that Apple has no shame. I pretty sure HTC will kick Apples as in court if it gets serious.

          Apple is loosing ground to Android, and now that people are starting to trade in their iPhone for an android device they are resorting to this kind of dirty tactics. Apple didn't invent the telephone so I'm sure they a re infringing on a lot of patents too.
