I just said I USE around 80% of the ADDITIONS SAMSUNG ADDED and that's why I'm sticking to Samsung. I use my phone as a PC for work, studies and entertainment. All in one. That's when SAMSUNG'S ROM come in handy. Heck, MIUI,iOS and Stock Android doesn't even allow u to easily copy stuff from a PDF to a Notepad with multiwindows until recently unlike Samsung where I've been using since the S3 in 2012.

Also, current S8 price is around 650 euros in my country so I doubt that A8 2018 will be over 500 euros. I had A5 2017 before getting S8 (gave A5 to my mom) and it simply worked for me. I don't play games or do extremley straining tasks for the phone so I never ran into any issue. If you are still concerned about performance, S7 is nice, and soon to be affordable option, but it doesn't have dual front facing camera.

Actually this is better than oneplus 5t, Samsung's dual front facing camera, IP rating, bezelless display, fast storage, 16 mp f/1.7 on back sounds amazing too. It will be priced less than 500e just a few weeks after release. I start considering this over lg v30, im an lg fan but this sounds amazing srsly, v30 have awful front facing camera and even im LG fan, it can't be justified in any way, too bad for that price range, ok , A8 will have weaker cpu but with 90k on antutu you can still run anything smoothly. What you guys think?

I like Samsung cell phones, but I don't like the rise of Samsung asking price. So I'll have to buy another brand who's have a better price.

I think the price of sd 835 and sd 660 will not differ by much, because only 2 or 3 phone makers are using sd660.....

600 € is this a joke?
as a wise man said, samsung's profit is all by entry level and mid range mobiles, not through flagships, Samsung needs its flagships for company's reputation, compare s8 price with phones like A7 or the new A8, the difference is very little. but their performances have a sky gap. normal buyers, see and hear the flagship as one of the best phones but as they can not afford to buy it, go for a mid range phone from same brand expecting to be same as the flagship. they dont know they are not getting what they are paying for. in my country s7 edge was on offer for 350$ (currently normal price is 390$) can a mid range like A8 ever be compared to s7? hell no... I never understand their logic for that high price tag

Why not just sell S7 and S6 instead of thousands of J series which fall short in terms of camera and reliability. Look at what Apple did, still selling 5 and 6. And also saves a lot of RnD costs.
