There's a company in my country selling Redmi 4x for almost $160 for the 2/16Gbs and Note 5A for $160 too...that's crazy :D

    Xiaomi's only advantage are cheap prices they can afford to put and still make profits - because of their labour that barley gets paid at all.

    I wouldn't buy their phones simply because by doing so, I would support some sort of slavery.

      Redmi 5A is the valuable price now... (Rp999.000) I'm interesting with this one, but it only sold by online via Lazada at 27 Dec 2017 !

              AnonD-617820, 24 Dec 2017Redmi 5A trending because Xiaomi sell it for $76 in Indones... morethe predecessor sold for 1,1 mill online IIRC and even at that price of point there simply no better alternative in terms performance and feature, and quite durable, unlike certain brand with massive adv but plagued by emmc problem. bought redmi 4A for my sister, and not even a week later she dropped it when she was riding motorcycle and got it run over by a 12 wheeled truck. it's survived with only broken tempered glass need replaced.
              still, I am disappointed about RN5 news because I planning to replace my current phone
