NovaThor A9500 chipset is only 1.2 GHz and it is of 45nm built size chipset
I do not undestand from where GSM arena got the 1.4 GHz number ?
this is an advanced combination of 2 ARM 9 processors and it can even have the capabilities of having two cameras up to 20MP and 5 MP , plus 1080p video recording .

Judging from the processor mentioned above , it is one of the best processor set up to date

soon we shall see the NOVA 9600 chipset with the following specifications ,

The Nova A9600, built in 28nm, will deliver groundbreaking multimedia and graphics performance, featuring a dual-core ARM Cortex- A15-based processor running up to up to 2.5 GHz breaking the 20k DMIPS barrier, and a POWERVR Rogue GPU that delivers in excess of 210 GFLOPS. The graphics performance of the A9600 will exceed 350 million ‘real’ polygons per second and more than 5 gigapixels per second visible fill rate (which given POWERVR’s deferred rendering architecture results in more than 13 gigapixels per second effective fill rate).

so by 6 months we shall see the above processor in SE phones

      cheers

jeeylu, 13 Jul 2011As usual, SE is a little late to the party (dual core party... morewell, the hardware might be lesser but performance doesn't lag too much. even the Arc almost par with SGS2 and is much better on some feaures & loading time compared with current dual core phones. SE is excellent in optimizing both the hardware & software unlike others who brag about specs but performance sucks.

well done SE ! I was a fan of ur feature phones but somehow had a lot of bitter experiences and shifted to samsung jet ( a total waste ) and then to iphone where i finally settled. But SE is close to my heart.
                    Good work

Laurynas, 13 Jul 20114.5 inch display is way too big. (At least for me.)I know what you mean. Hopefully its the same size as the Arc. 4.2" is plenty big.
