There are however in Canada ressources to protect the customer, even by doing legal action, without any cost. You must submit the case to the OPC or the provincial equivalent, and if they estimate you are right and your rights as a customer were not respected (including programmed obsolescence)they will handle the legal part and force the company to fix it or compensate for it. Don't know about the US or any other country though

Before you iSheep open your mouth think for a moment if you have the ability to think. Seriously you sound more stupid than what you are.

That's an isolated case since iOS is an only Apple OS and no other company can use it. Hence they can do whatever they want and iSheeps dont give a drum.
Android is different since you have the right to choose what company you want to get it from may it be Samsung, Sony, Nokia, Huawei, LG, etc. in w/c each of them are competing to cater more customers thru design, support, os optimization, pricing, features, etc. that's why Apple lags behind even removing features or renaming an already existing one.

And what do you mean about overpriced? Look at other brands - Samsung midrange phone will cost $700 in 2018, so I don't see big difference. Note 9 will be more expensive then most expensive iPhone.
But about this case I hope Apple will pay a lot and for future will give costumer a choice.

Ahah, now i can laught loud because my 2015 phone still can be faster than a 2016 iphone 7. FOR SURE!!!!

The back is also a copy of 6+ or 7+.
Now the back of mi mix 3 showed up with same design of iphone x.
They may believe if their phones look like iphone, those ppl that cant afford iphone will end up buying theirs.
The back of P10 and Mate 9 is so cool and fancy. Why other have
the need to copy Apple's?

Not cause of the slo down issue even. But cause you have your hands tied up with everything. Need to have everything made for there devices and then pay the brand price for them.
