I am from Canada and the Tizen 3.0 repair update did very little to help battery performance. I still don't get through a day at work on a full charge. 10 hrs max

NoToBrandLoyalty, 24 Dec 2017Was planning to buy a smartwatch, particularly either the G... moreS2 is pretty nice and not so big. I agree about s3, it's huge for the watch and don't fit most of the people. I was going to buy s3 as well but then I saw the size and changed my mind. I still hope they will make gear s4 more then 1 size like Apple.

Was planning to buy a smartwatch, particularly either the Gear S2 or S3 classic (since they look better and similar in appearance to regular watches). But after seeing it's ridiculous size (compared to regular watches, as I have small wrists) and the issues with battery and such, I've decided not to buy any smartwatch anymore and stick with my regular (self-winding) non-smart watch, whichbI don't need to charge EVER. Maybe in a few years when they get battery life that lasts around a week and get a sensible size (for people with small wrists like me), I might reconsider.

Samsung Gear S2 classic also drains its battery from 80 percentage to 45 percentage in just about 4
5 hrs. Such a drastic drain in Gear S2 classic... It is perfectly connected with phone and 4g or 3g was turned off during that time. The phone was kept idle by the time. But still bettery has gone down in 4.5 hrs. So great Samsung... Customers are really happy to have S2 classic... Such a wonderful work (ironically speaking..)
