I'm glad that the notch is the Essential style. I DON'T WANT ANY BIG NOSE HOLE SELFIES IN MY ALBUMS! That notch for the front camera to be placed is what avoided the ugliest selfies normally found on Mi Mix users and the like.

      Reasons:
      1. They can finally work towards removing the annoying bottom bezel and balance the bezels.
      2. It'll be far less intrusive than Apple's and Essential's notches. ESPECIALLY when watching videos.

          Nothing bad with the design. Hope they will make it pocket size as Essential and Sharp. Of course far away from my price range, but may be some day there will be cheap phones with compact design. Sharp is OK, but I can't live with those cut corners on the screen.

Of course, Meizu naming scheme is more confusing than anything else i have ever seen. They would release multiple variant for just one model. Their main series is the M series. Then, MX series, Pro series, U series, & E series. The M series is the most confusing. Example M3 variant would have M3 Note, M3s, M3e, M3 Max. Their M5 series have M5 Note, M5s, &M5c. Im grateful their M6 series only have M6 Note. Its unbelievable how they survive for 15 years doing this.

                          When did MEIZU skipped so many numbers? Lol
