If and when this comes out, at least in Snapdragon 630 form... it very well may be the worlds first model with 6 gb of ram and 128 hard drive.

aquos S3 must sport with SD640 & SD670
or sharp, inside these new devices, you can make a device with low price
use SD460 for it & 5inch display, 16:9:screen, no need 18:9 screen
