If you seek security then you dont look budget phones. You look mid range to high end.
And well for budget phones you dont buy a device for getting updates or looking for a device that specifically is looking updates.
Device is a junk if it does not get updates.

There are WiFi routers with far more less ROM which are vulnerable due to lack of updates.
There are Android phones with far more storage which are vulnerable due to lack of updates.

There is an option in nokias to use micro sd card as internal memory... so u can easily put a 32 or 64 or whatever card as extend ur internal memory !
