The Samsung own apps such as music player, video player, internet browser ect are some of the best on any platform and far superior to any Google app...

greedy samsung removed support for older android versions, i had to manuslly search for the latest apk that supported android lollipop.
a factory reseted note 3 . says in playstore that the app is not compatible. it used to update fine before i reset my phone

Well motion pause is not working if u only add motion pause it will the best player well its not

For a company that has been criticized for some of its heavy software (Grace UX) and who's focus has usually been hardware first, I too have to agree that Samsung Music is one of the star pieces of software.

It is functional, effective, and - importantly for a media player - looks good. After dabbling with Google Play Music to play my local music, I quickly switched over to Samsung Music and have never looked back.

I'm also pleased to see this update will allow us to turn of Edge lighting.

I would like such a beautiful music app for iPhone. iOS 9, those were the days.

Best music player I ever installed. Integrate seamlessly in my Samsung Galaxy Note5. Superb sound and very clean interface.

This is the finest music app you can find on the face of this planet for the Galaxy S8.. Such a pleasure to use!
