I've taken part in the S8 Oreo Beta project. Nice touch that Samsung involve their faithful customers in sharing their software development. Oreo so far? Not seen much difference TBH, we'll see when the finished result gets rolled out.

              Barely getting Oreo, smh.

I don't need the oreo update now. But i do need it to be stable and as bug-free as possible. So do what you have to, samsung. I am patient.

Samsung does not support one Oreo feature - adaptive icons. Then should give that soon. their icons sizes are pathetic. None of their icons are designed with adaptive icon (2 layers). Apart from that everything is really good about Note 8

Rah wtf. S series should be first.

Pikachu3, 05 Jan 2018My Mi A1 Oreo is running just fine. I waited for the update... moreNope. I didn't. Not even once. It's just that the Mi A1's Oreo's update doesn't feel as polished or lag-free as in Nougat.

My Mi A1 Oreo is running just fine. I waited for the update until 3rd January and I didn't clear the google services frameworks as lots of the users did which may cause some serious problems on the long run. So I think you must have cleared the google services frameworks to get the update

I really hope Samsung took the time to really polish and iron out all the bugs in Oreo, unlike Xiaomi. Their Android One Xiaomi Mi A1 oreo update feels REALLY rushed and buggy (even though it's just a copy paste Stock Android!!).
