        [deleted post]No kidding. The marketing department of these companies believe of they start selling their products in developing countries, then their western buyers will deem the product not premium and hence not worth buying.
        But when it is done the other way round, then we fickle low esteem Asians, Africans and south Americans etc would like to get our hands on that western prenium wonder.
