even for home theaters a proper atmos experience requires at least 5.1.2 speaker set up (not to mention the required calibration).
it would only be a marketing gimmick to call atmos anything on a mobile phone.

Audio chips on current S8/+ devices are nothing special, not to say poor, so I don't see any sense branding it "DOLBY" or anything like that. I really miss my HTC 10 and its audio, especially when it comes to the sound loudness.

From all major OEMS, the most dissapointing in audio dept is Sammy.
