Samsung unveils The Wall: a whopping 146" TV with MicroLED display

While it debuts on TVs, this tech might replace OLED on phones as it has a number of advantages (including longer life).

So far the cons to the tech apart from cost are that the individual LEDs can die. The odds for each are low but by sheer number it becomes likely.
