Ian, 09 Jan 2018I don't agree with this fingerprint scanner on the screen .... moreI don't agree with back FPS position because I have to pick up the phone from desk to turn screen ON.
But what you like, or what I like is non issue. Everybody's preferences will always different.

If you don't like underscreen FPS because you careless and break screens often, then you can opt for the phone that suits you

This will be overpriced like all other Vivo and Oppo phones. I'm not surprised if it's as expensive as a Note 8 while only having mid range specs. Oppo and Vivo get sales from selling overpriced and poorly specced phones with overrated cameras to people who don't know much about phones. P.S, they have a wannabe iOS UI so they're the ones copying other companies.

I don't agree with this fingerprint scanner on the screen . if the screen breaks then it'll be much expensive to replace the screen. prefer the fingerprint at the back like the flagship phone do nowadays.

They been talking about this for ages but not seen the real working version ever. Not even on you tube. I think meant to be called vivo x play 7. But is not been released and in shops.

Anonymous, 08 Jan 2018I see the dumb curve screen... soon phones will use the screen to the back with that curve to have 120 % screen to body ratio

So let's hope that it will be & that it will be complete this time...

Hopefully will be safer than face recognition...

AnonD-411799, 08 Jan 2018oops sony could have waited for this tech on their xa2/l2A $200 low end with it?

The screen must cost much more than regular. It also has to be oled.

While oneplus is owned by BBK which also owns Vivo, so I'm assuming the oneplus 6/6T will come with in screen fingerprint.

How they will manage screen or fps replacement in case of damage.. that's gonna be interesting... If it is 2 separate things then that gonna work quite well..
