User008, 08 Aug 2021I'm also facing the same issueI bought redmi note 10 pro a week ago. Had same WhatsApp call issue wether audio or video on speaker, same with Facebook call. Replaced handset after 2 days but again the new set has same issue. Frustrated. Didnt update second new RMN10P TO 12.5.8 as issue was not solved by updating previous RMN10P to 12.5.8. Any reliable information about hope to get it resolved soon? Otherwise my choice of redmi as a company for many years will be changed definitely

I bought a RedMi 10 only 2 days ago. While doing the whatsapp Videp call, the voice is not heard by the recipient side. Looks like there is some issue. Anybody knows how to fix it?

I am using Redmi note 10pro, I am facing mic issue while video call in whats app and duo. If i video call on whats app or duo other person dont listen what i speak. Xiaomi team please share the solution urgently.

I've got Redmi note 10 pro, it's screen is switching off every time I try to play voice messages in whatsaap. It's so frustrating... I just can't listen to messages as it just stops playing when the screen switches off.

I have bought Xiaomi mi10 ultra, I have serious problems with notification, especially, whatsapp and email. The notifications doesn't appear it seems that the application doesn't work well in the background. Therefore, when you realize that you haven't received any WhatsApp messages and you open the app a tall list of messages keep downloading. Another issue is that the Always On Display shuts down at night or when the phone stays in dark place for long time ( for example, when watching a movie) which makes it un-useful.

While using video call in any video call facility app ex:- Google deo, whatsup, Instagram etc camera stuck and then close application automatically and pomt error massage in display app not respond report...
If any one facing the same issue please tell how to fix it

KULITJAHE, 14 Aug 2021im facing the same issue with whatsapp voice note, Same even im also having that issue in my redmi note 10 pro. I just bought 2-3 days back and im having the same issue in whatsapp voice note.
I contacted service center they have said that soon we'll get an update of the sensor.

2 points firstly the sound is poor to talk on Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 me in the UK and my pinay gf in HK, call sound mic or other sounds muffled without head phones.
Second point adding additional caller to WhatsApp group call the additional contact contacts then automatically freezes saying poor connection. Can anyone help please?

Hi there, Can any suggest on the same, whatsapp video calling on Xiaomi Mi 10 T has the same audio crackling and the receiving end of the call is having audio with screeches and audio clarity to very poor level. Any chance to correct it. This is even after having the latest 12.5 MiUI update.
