    If this service (streaming puck) can work over mobile data (sim), and yet do it in a completive pricing, that would be great.

      Its same like here in Slovakia 20 years ago UPC Broadband dominated over cable TV they were first for a long period and without any other competitor their setoboxes were in every household in capitol city of Slovakia in Bratislava.
      Now there are lot of competitors but UPC still exist in most of the households and offers their services for much higher price than any other competitor.
